According to the NY Times, “Falls are the second leading cause of unintentional injury deaths worldwide”. While we can talk about exercise in terms of cardio, strength, and endurance, I find it much more useful to talk to my clients about function.

In this episode I break down the basic skills you need to be able to enjoy a long life, and what exercises help with this. Fall prevention is a skill!
